Sushi 101: With Chef Rafidah Katukula a.k.a Kak pidah =P
Anyways, had a one morning course on Sushi making. It was darn easy. And achievable every day! :P
here are the pics to show how i did it ;) try it! it's OISHI!!!
Marinate Ingredients in Sesame Oil and Soy Sauce
Lay them all out as above
Roll it up! But becareful, put pressure on the first roll to not make it 'terburai'
Roll Them
And tada! Cut them by halves and halves.
